To register your team, fill out the required form below
Payment is due by May 21st, 2024 and reserves your spot in the Classic.
A full team roster is required no later than May 28th, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not require waivers. All players listed on your roster are insured.
Any player not on your team roster is not permitted to participate.
